Shipping policy

We offer both local and mail delivery options. Note that local deliveries are limited to within a 10 mile radius of our bakery, and the option may not show up during checkout if you are outside this range. 

Local Delivery

Local deliveries are usually scheduled on Fridays, but exceptions can be made for rush orders. Serving the San Fernando Valley and Greater Los Angeles.

Mail Delivery

Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days after order is placed.

We bake our products fresh and ship directly from our kitchen.

We ship on Monday-Thursday of each week.

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

Rich Bakes is not responsible for delays in transit once your package has been transferred to the carrier.
